TELUS International Europe is bringing back home educated Bulgarians living abroad by providing international career and special relocation package

The initiative called “I can make it there, but I want here” provides the necessary assistance to the new employees through a relocation package, which includes 5000 BGN in the first year of employment, a flight ticket to Bulgaria, assistance from the HR team with legal documents and accommodation, as well as free one-month hotel accommodation if needed.
Before the official launch of the initiative, TELUS International Europe conducted a small experiment at Sofia Airport. Within just few hours, more than 450 passengers arriving and departing from the airport wrote on special boards why they chose to live and work abroad and what would make them return to Bulgaria and build a career here.
The official launch of the campaign was at the end of June and, just in two-week period, it had generated over 200 entries of talented Bulgarians wanting to continue their professional development at TELUS International.
“We give Bulgarians what they are missing here: an international career and opportunities for development in Bulgaria. We realize that the decision to come back home is not easy and people who would make it will need support. So we decided to start a campaign and to take targeted measures to support the return of Bulgarians from abroad,” – said Xavier Marcenac, President of TELUS International Europe.
He was also the first to record and send a video message to his relatives abroad through a multimedia kiosk especially created for this campaign. The kiosk was placed at a key point in Sofia so all the residents and guests of the capital had the opportunity to send a personal message to their relatives and friends abroad to return home and start their dream career at TELUS International Europe.
The mission “I can make it there, but I want here” is to create such career conditions so that young and educated people choose to return to Bulgaria and have everything they need – a professional development and at the same time the happiness of living close to their loved ones.
