TELUS International Europe offers over BGN 5,000 to Bulgarians to return to Bulgaria
The leading outsourcing provider launches “I can make it there, but I want here” to return the Bulgarians to Bulgaria
June 27, 2017
TELUS International Europe, a leading provider of outsourcing services, has launched the campaign “Moga tam. Iskam tuk” which translated from Bulgarian means “I can make it there, but I want here”. It aims to raise up the question of the needs of business for qualified personnel and to return 150 educated Bulgarians to Bulgaria by the end of 2017, who will become part of the TELUS team and will start a career in an international environment in their own homeland.
The company will provide the necessary assistance to the new employees through a special relocation package, which includes 5000 BGN throughout the first year of employment, a flight ticket to Bulgaria, assistance from the TELUS team for documents, accommodation, as well as a one-month hotel accommodation if needed.
Candidates can choose between the offices of TELUS International in Sofia and Plovdiv. In order to apply, they need to have lived abroad in the last year and to be proficient in English and another foreign language, the company operates with. The company will also provide additional training for its new employees. Submitting documents is in three easy steps on www.iskamstelus.com
Over the past weekend, TELUS also held an impressive initiative at Sofia Airport, prompting passengers to share what made them leave the country and what are the reasons for returning to Bulgaria. Reasons for going abroad are often rational – a chance for better work and development, and those for returning are emotional: family, friends, belonging to your homeland.
“We want to give Bulgarians what the thing they are missing here – an international career and opportunities for development in Bulgaria. We realize that the decision to come back home is not easy and people who would take it need support. So we decided to start a program with targeted measures to support the return of Bulgarians abroad.” – said Xavier Marcenac, President of TELUS International Europe.” We all have friends and relatives abroad – tell them about our proposal, invite them to return home by applying on www.iskamstelus.com and let us prove together that the dream career can happen in Bulgaria!”, he added.
He was the first to record and send a video message to his relatives abroad through an installation specially prepared for the initiative. During two consecutive weekends, on 1st-2nd and 8th-9th of July, all residents and guests of Sofia will have the opportunity to send a personal message to their relatives and friends abroad to return to Bulgaria and start their dream career at home with TELUS International Europe.
