    It’s been a great year for our TELUS International Europe blog. In 2014 we published over 45 new posts and generated thousands of views. Our authors, TELUS International Europe and TELUS International team members, have provided blog posts on an array of topics, ranging from  business process intelligence to the importance of corporate culture.

    As 2015 has just started, we’d like to take a moment to revisit the most popular posts. Throughout this year, our blog’s goal remains unchanged: to give insights and share best practices on customer service in the contact center outsourcing and business process outsourcing industry to professionals and not only.

    #1 “What are the key trends that will change the BPO industry?”

    What is the future of BPO? A question the answer to which have always got the interest of the professionals in our industry. Last year the outsourcemagazine.co.uk asked 40 commentators, among whom was TELUS International’s VP, Kevin Bottoms, what would be the key trends, technologies, people or organizations that will define the BPO space over the next five to ten years.

    For more than 10 years we have been delivering customer care solutions and we have been growing along with our clients’ businesses, but 2014 was very special to our team. Our rebranding from CallPoint powered by TELUS to TELUS International Europe was not only a natural step in our evolutionary partnership with TELUS International, but it was also a key milestone in our company history.

    Indeed, the 2014 AT Kearney Global Services Location Index ranked Bulgaria 1st in Europe and amongst Top 10 worldwide most attractive outsourcing destinations. Bulgaria occupies ninth place by climbing eight places in the prestigious index compared to 2011, when the last survey was done.
