The TELUS International Romania Community Board

The TELUS International Romania Community Board, chaired by Eric Stab, Country President of ENGIE for Romania and Poland and the Chairman and CEO of ENGIE Romania, launched on September 14, 2016. This board will focus on youth in three main pillars: education, healthcare and environment.

Eric Stab
Eric Stab – Chair
Country President of ENGIE for Romania and Poland and the Chairman and CEO of ENGIE Romania. ENGIE is a global energy player that operates in 70 countries on five continents and is a leading player of the energy transition in Europe. Eric is also the President of the Foreign Investors Council, that gathers 130 multinational companies committed to improving the business environment and fostering economic development in Romania, to the benefit of the investor community and society in general. He is also a member of the Steering Board of the Coalition for the Development of Romania, bringing together all major Romanian and international business organizations.

Grégoire Vigroux- Vice Chair
Co-founder of TELUS International Europe in Romania in 2007.  A member of the TELUS International Europe Board of Directors, he is also the Marketing Director for Europe and is in charge of our company’s Corporate Social Responsibility. Prior to joining TELUS International, he gained experience at multinationals in the audiovisual industry in the United States and co-founded two start-up companies that he sold in 2012 and 2014.

Yann Bidan
Co-founder TELUS International Europe in Romania in 2007. A member of the TELUS International Europe Board of Directors and Country Director for Romania, his role is to ensure our client requirements are always met and translated into action plans for various verticals, focusing on customer service, client satisfaction and team engagement. Prior to TELUS International, Yann worked in finance for five years, for the L’Oreal Luxury Division & Estee Lauder Groups in various countries: Spain, France, the United Kingdom and the United States.
Alex Padureanu
Deputy CEO and Fundraising director at Hospices of Hope, the leading palliative care charity in South East Europe, including partner charities in the Republic of Moldova and Serbia. More than 15,000 children and adults have since received the care and support they badly need. He started as Development manager within Hospices of Hope NGO, project managing a 5.6 million Euro capital appeal for a new in patient unit in Bucharest, later appointed CEO of the Bucharest based operation and in 2012 was appointed CEO of Hospice Casa Sperantei, Romania.
Sidica Ciorabai
With over 8 years of work experience in Web 2.0, Social Media Engagement, Digital Marketing, Customer Loyalty and Innovation project management, Sidica joined TELUS International Europe at the early beginning of 2016 as Digital Marketing Manager. She has expertise in coordinating 2-3 mil € business projects from pilot to set-up and run phase. Sidica is an independent marketer with interest in marketing automation, e-reputation management, social media and innovation.

Adriana Alecu
Operations Manager for TELUS International Europe, Adriana has over eight years of experience in contact center management. During her past experience she was in charge of managing operations in various lines of business ranging from Collections, Retention, Customer Service to Help Desk support. She joined the TELUS family as Operations Manager and as part of the Operations team she is responsible for all operational aspects in both Bucharest and Craiova sites.
Andreea Necsulea Andreea is the Associate Director Quality & Training at TELUS International Europe after joining the company in January 2009. She has 12 years of experience in the outsourcing domain and contact center industry. She is responsible for the quality and training processes in both Bucharest and Craiova local sites. She is currently managing the Quality and Training Department by creating and developing workflow processes according to the company’s quality certifications and implementing tools.

Tudor Giurgiu
Tudor Giurgiu is a Romanian film director and producer known for Legaturi bolnavicioase (2006), Despre Oameni si Melci (2012) and De ce eu? (2015), Eisenhower Fellow (2014) and former President of the Romanian National Television, TVR between 2005 and 2007. His short film Superman, Spiderman or Batman (2011) won many festivals worldwide and was declared by European Film Academy as the Best European Short of the year.

Tudor is member of the European Film Academy and the founder and President of Romanian Film Promotion and its premier event, the Transilvania International Film Festival (TIFF). In this role, Tudor has elevated Romanian cinema to the world stage developing, coordinating and evaluates film related cultural initiatives. His organization supports young filmmakers and professionals, and educates the next generation in media with programs for teens and children.

Ilinca Păun
Ilinca is Managing Director of Colliers International Romania since 2010, guiding the integration of the Romanian office in a global platform of information, bridging corporate services, market insights and comprehensive business solutions into a single point of contact, in order to offer all Colliers clients the highest-possible standards of service quality. As Managing Director, Ilinca succeeded in cultivating Colliers’ role as knowledge leader in the real estate sector, while also consolidating the company’s position as leader on key-market segments. She is the Ambassador to the prototype of the Generation Y Office, the first office in the region to propose companies a new way of working. Colliers International is a global leader in commercial real estate services, with over 16,000 professionals operating in more than 554 offices, in 66 countries. Liudmila Climoc
Chief Executive Officer of Orange Romania, since May 2016. Beginning with 2016 Orange Romania reaches two significant milestones with the national urban launch of convergent services, providing top quality fiber internet and cable TV, and the launch of Orange Money services, allowing customers to transfer money and make mobile payments simply using their phone. Looking ahead, Orange Romania strategic priorities are to remain focused on continuous expansion of our core mobile business, the capitalization of convergence and Orange Money services, backed by the #1 4G network. Liudmila Climoc has an experience of 19 years in telecommunications, out of which 7 at the head of Orange Moldavian subsidiary. Liudmila is a staunch promoter of social responsibility as being at the heart of the company, which is why during her mandate at Orange Moldova, she launched the Orange Moldova Foundation, and why during the current one, at Orange Romania, she actively supports the Orange Romania Foundation’s and the company’s CSR activities.
