  • CallPoint Rebrands to TELUS International Europe

    TELUS_Day_of_Giving_Romania_21_September_2013We are very pleased to announce that effective today, CallPoint powered by TELUS, an integral part and the European arm of TELUS International, will now operate under the new name, “TELUS International Europe.”

    The change in brand is the last step in our evolutionary partnership with TELUS International that began September 2012. At that time, CallPoint became part of a multinational corporation that can scale to meet the ever increasing needs of our customers. We knew that in a globalized market, this was a necessary and exciting step to compete and win. Our name – TELUS International Europe – now reflects our role as a truly integral part of a global leader in a global industry.

    Now operating as TELUS International Europe, we will continue to strengthen TELUS International’s European presence by offering truly global delivery capacity and additional multilingual capabilities to serve our customers across the world. TELUS International Europe provides state-of-the-art contact center technology and global infrastructure, as well as best-in-class global learning and development opportunities for our agents, thereby enhancing their ability to deliver exceptional customer interactions for our customers.

    TELUS International Europe plans to expand the team this year and to reach 4,000 team members by 2017.
