    It is with great pride and happiness that we announce the launch of our new website! Our new online image is designed to be more engaging, vibrant and user friendly than the previous one. Our fresh look not only reflects our company values, but also differentiates us from any other BPO service provider out there.

    So what makes our new website unique? Let me take you on a quick tour!

    Why did we change our website?

    In September 2012, TELUS International Europe became a proud member of the TELUS International family. Our business no longer stands alone but is now part of something much bigger – a company with 15,000 employees and operations on a global scale.

    As part of the TELUS International family, TELUS International Europe has fully embraced the corporate culture and values of TELUS International. Our new online image shows our deep appreciation of and belief in the values of spirited teamwork, agile thinking and a caring culture.

    How does the new website reflect our company values?

    At TELUS International, we enable customer experience innovation through spirited teamwork, agile thinking and a caring culture that puts the customer first. Each section of the website has been built and designed to reflect those values.

    “Customer experience innovation” – from your very first look at the website’s home page, you will get the feel of this value. This sense is redoubled from a technological standpoint, as you can see the modern and intuitive design with continuous navigation available across all devices.

    “Spirited teamwork” can be sensed everywhere on the website. Our team pictures show that even though we are based in different geographical locations we act as one team in everything we do.

    “Agile thinking”– our BPO expertise is illustrated in the detailed descriptions of our main services and the verticals that we serve.

    “Caring culture” – our caring culture is one of the things that we value most in our organization. This culture is the element that stands out most in our new website and gives our firm a competitive advantage over our industry rivals.

     “Customer first” – we have designed the site as if we were a customer in order to facilitate the user experience. The clear navigation path enables visitors to find information quickly and easily. We have also made sure only relevant information is included so that our customers can understand who we are and what we do within seconds of opening the website. What’s more, the vibrant colours make the website dynamic and user friendly, ensuring a great customer experience from the moment a person looks at our website for the first time!

    Why have we used so many videos?

    At TELUS International Europe powered by TELUS, we love to communicate with our audience through video! Videos are great storytellers, showing a lot about a company’s business philosophy and culture. Visit our videos section to see not only what we do for fun, but also to get a feeling for our working environment and team spirit.

    Which is our favourite section of the new website?

    It’s our team interviews, simply because no other section of the website could speak better about our company than our employees. In this section you can find interviews with our colleagues who talk about TELUS International Europe in their own words, with feeling and from their hearts. They say more about the organization than any corporate brochure, because our people are what we value most at TELUS International Europe powered by TELUS.
